The first league in the IAB, the USBL, has completed it's inagural draft and is ready to start. But, to continue the growth of the univers, we are opening NPB. The NPB will be a fictional leauge based in japan (of course). We will be allowing trading between leagues, and FA's can move to a different league, if they so choose. The IAB will hold an annual "WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP" between the winners of each league. In the future, as we expand to more international leagues, we will have a World Championship Tournament.
