| General Description: | The VBL began in 1995 and has been an active league since then. A league has never closed due to lack of participation or competitiveness, but merely a Commissioner\\\'s need to move on for personal reasons.
If you think you know how to run a team, this will be a spot to prove it. Only certain ratings will appear which means most of your scouting will be done by 1 person. You.
Prior to the initial draft the Commish simmed 3 seasons to give owners an idea of the performance and capability of each player.
The best part about the VBL is the Commish does not own a team, and never will.
So no longer will you have to wonder why the Commish\\\'s team is in first place or why he always seems to get the best prospects.
